You can book an animal experience days on the Highclere Kitchen Garden Smallholding!
Choose from sheep experience or chicken experience days.
You will get a minimum of 2 hours on the smallholding and you can tell us exactly how you would like to spend your time.
Would you like to learn about sheep/chickens so you can keep them yourselves?
Or would you love to spend time with the animals and take lots of photos?
How about helping us with some routine tasks and feeding?
Its totally up to you – just let us know what you would like to gain from your time.
These are not group sessions its just you and those you have booked for.
We include refreshments and homemade cake but for special occasions maybe you would like to order a champagne cream tea, we easily cater for dietary requirements.
Sessions are for over 12’s only and all under 16s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Come and spend a couple of hours learning about chicken or sheep rearing or simply spend some time watching and interacting with our hens or flock of Herdwick sheep.
